CG Week 2026
Tue June 2 – Fri June 5
Rutgers University
College Avenue Campus
New Brunswick, NJ, USA

Attendees of CG Week must be members of the CG Society. Society membership is open to everyone with a connection to the Computational Geometry community and free of cost.

If you are not a CG Society member, please register for the CG Society before you register for CG Week. You will be asked to provide your CG Society membership ID when you register to attend the conference.

Registration (in-person attendance)

Regular Student
Early registration $450 $300
Late registration $500 $350

The deadline for early registration is April 30 (EDT / UTC-4). On-site registration will not be available.

Each paper accepted for presentation at SoCG must be accompanied by at least one regular-rate registration. If your registration will be used to cover that requirement for one or more papers, you will be asked to provide the HotCRP ID for each paper, and you will be charged the regular rate. Please note that this requirement applies only to full papers accepted to SoCG. Once this condition is satisfied, the associated presentations may be delivered either in-person (preferred) or online.

As suggested by the steering committee and stated in the call for papers, each accepted SoCG paper should come with a registration at the regular rate from one of the authors. (CG:YRF, CG:ME, and CG:Challenge papers are not subject to this policy.) A regular-rate registration can cover multiple papers. The paper presenter can be different from the person paying the regular-rate registration. If you have registered but didn’t include your papers on the registration page, don’t worry. Our student volunteer helps to check and include all papers under the same author name. If a student author is the only author/co-author who plans to register, the student will be paying the regular rate instead of the student rate.

In addition to admission to the full CG Week technical program, registration includes a reception with light snacks during check-in on June 1, coffee breaks during the conference, a light breakfast each day, and admission to a social event on June 3. The social event is planned to be a 3-hour reception at the Zimmerli Art Museum on the Rutgers University campus. The reception includes a selection of heavy hors d’oeuvres that should suffice as dinner. The space at the Zimmerli has a capacity of 150 people. As conference registration approaches that number, we may need to arrange for a second option to be offered. This option would be a more traditional dinner at a restaurant in New Brunswick. The registration form includes a question about which option you would prefer if there is a second option.

Online attendance

Online registration is available to all CG Society members for a fee of $50. Online registration will provide the ability view presentations online through Zoom.

If you have already registered for in-person attendance, you do not need to register again. Online registration is included as part of that registration, and you will automatically receive information for attending online prior to the start of the event.

The deadline for online registration is May 31 (EDT / UTC-4).
