CG Week 2026

There are limited funds available to assist students in attending CG Week. Students may apply for support by completing and submitting the application form linked below. Applications must be received by April 15, 2026 (EDT, UTC-4).

The exact form of support will be determined by the committee that reviews the applications, and may include

• Waived registration fee
• Paid lodging at a local hotel
• Full or partial reimbursement of travel expenses
• Payment of roundtrip travel booked through a Rutgers travel agent

When provided, lodging will be in shared rooms at the Heldrich Hotel in New Brunswick. The hotel is within walking distance of the conference venue. Rooms will be shared with another student attending CG Week.

What information is requested in the application form? Here are some things we will ask for:

• Name and contact information.
• CV in PDF format.
• A short statement on how you will benefit from attending CG Week.
• What type of support you need.
• Gender preference for shared lodging.
• Whether you will be presenting during the conference.
